What is the maximum weight that a porter is allowed to carry during trek?

Generally, each porter has a maximum carrying capacity of 30 kg. However, for flights to Lukla, Jomsom, Juphal and Simikot, the baggage limit is restricted to 15 kg, including any carry-on items. One trekker is accompanied by a trekking guide and a porter, and for groups larger than six, there will be one guide, one assistant guide, and three porters.
