Makalu Base Camp

24 Days Trip Code NSTR231

This middle-elevation treks for great, easy-paced Himalayan experiences. The Gorkha region of north central Nepal is not well known as a trekking area yet in terms of scenery, divers and positive cultural experiences and good hiking, no area of the Himalayas is better. You begin trekking at the historical capital of the original Kingdom of Gorkha. Virtually every campsite has a good potential mountain view of Manaslu, Boudha Himal, Rupi Nala, Annapurna and friendly village nearby. I've been trekking & climbing in Nepal for many years and Nepal Sanctuary treks is without doubt the best agency I have used. Tulsi, Prashant and other staff worked hard to ensured that our trip to the Khumbu Himal was one of the most memorable. Our thanks to you all. We're looking forward to seeing you all again in 2016.
